Once in a very great while, someone comes along with extraordinary gifts.  Then, once in an even greater moment, a person with such immense gifts puts them to use with extraordinary effect, all the while making great sacrifices for the good of many.
Stephanie’s overwhelming concern for  the  well-being  and development of  people  led  her to
pursue and complete a Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) degree with a concentration in Administrative and Policy Practice and the Certificate in Management Leadership from the University of Texas (UT) at Austin.  Stephanie has grant writing training from UT under the instruction of Ms. Ike West, she is a Licensed Social Worker and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. 
Stephanie has spent the last 20 years in the people and organizational development business.  She has traveled extensively throughout Texas sharing her experience, wisdom, and compassion.  Over the years she has trained, directed or counseled thousands of individuals and numerous nonprofit corporations on how to reach goals, overcome obstacles and how to put systems of success in place in order to walk in achievement and progression.

Valerie graduated from Texas Institute Dallas with a certification in Computer Operations.  She worked as a Computer Operator Specialist at Austin Diagnostic Clinic for 21 years.

She recently discovered a passion for community service and previously served as IMPACT Texas Board Secretary.  

She is an avid “Animal Lover” and contributes support to several animal groups and charities.

Jackeline "Jax" Ardon

Jackeline is a fellow University of Houston Alumni (Go Coogs)!  She recently graduated with a bachelors degree in Corporate Communications and a minor in National Security Studies.

She is passionate about creating a positive impact in the community she serves and meeting new people that will help in her journey toward continued growth as an individual.

She is excited of her appointment to the Corporation Individuals Making Progress Advancing Communities in Texas (IMPACT Texas) board because they embody everything she admires such as compassion, tenacity, and above all else passion to make a difference in someone's life! 

Jackeline has been actively involved with IMPACT Texas as a volunteer during the Backpack to School Bash-Houston.

James "Jimmy" Jones

 James “Jimmy” Jones was born in St. Louis Missouri to the parents of James and Margaret Jones.   Jimmy attended O’Fallon Technical High School graduating in June 1985.  Jimmy attended Florissant Valley Community College majoring in Business Administration.

In May of 1988 Jimmy joined the United States Air Force as an Administrative Personal Technician and was assigned to Bergstrom Air Force Base Austin, TX and he is a veteran of the Gulf War.  He separated from the Air Force in 1997 and converted from military service to civilian where he worked for Motorola Inc.   

Jimmy currently works at Toppan Photomask as a Technical Planner.  Jimmy has been actively involved in the community serving as a mentor at Dobie Middle School Austin, TX, as a counselor with Kids Across America Urban Camps and Stoney Creek Urban Camps.  Jimmy serves as an Usher President at St. James Missionary Baptist Church. 

He has been actively involved with IMPACT Texas as a committee member on Operation IMPACT and as a volunteer.
